Why Graham Potter ruled out N’Golo Kante and Marc Cucurella from the team to face Crystal Palace
Prior to Chelsea’s matchup with Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon at Selhurst Park, Graham Potter has been speaking with the media.
N’Golo Kante won’t play against Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon, according to Graham Potter.
After missing the entire month of August due to a hamstring injury, the Chelsea midfielder returned to training this week. Kante’s fitness has been updated by Potter, who will be in charge of his first Premier League game as Blues’ head coach.
He stated: “They’re doing good after completing the rehab phases, and NG has been playing on the grass. He may be able to next week. Marc Cucurella is a little under the weather.”
Carney Chukwuemeka, a Chelsea prospect, will not be playing in the Selhurst Park match, Potter added.
