“We’re excited” – Chelsea co-owners reacts after impressive 23-year-old star sign seven-year contract with the Blues
Chelsea co-owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali has expressed their excitement after defender Trevoh Chalobah signed a long-term contract with the Blues.
It was announced on Friday that the 23-year-old defender has put to pen a new contract that will extend his stay at Stamford Bridge until June 2028 with the club having an option to extend it by a further year.
Reacting to the big news, Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali gave their verdict as quoted by in Football.London.
“We’re delighted that Trevoh will be extending his stay with Chelsea. He has been with us since childhood and has grown into an exceptional young player. He’s an important part of our men’s first team squad and we’re excited to see what’s next for Trevoh at Chelsea.”
