Reece James latest injury updates after he was limps off against AC Milan
England could be left nervously waiting for a fitness update on Reece James after the full-back went off injured during Chelsea’s Champions League tie against AC Milan.
James limped off injured and was withdrawn by Chelsea boss Graham Potter just over an hour into the game after appearing to hurt his knee at the San Siro.
Chelsea will have to assess Reece James in the days following the game.
However, with England and Gareth Southgate forced to wait for an injury update just over a month before the World Cup kicks off in Qatar
Speaking after the game, Chelsea manager Graham Potter has handed early updates about James injury.
He revealed the Blues need to make a medication check in the next 24hrs to know if it serious or not
Graham Potter on Reece James‘ injury:
“We’re hoping he’ll be ok. We’ll need 24 to 48 hours. We’ll know more after that.”
