Personal agreement REACHED as Chelsea set to complete £12m signing
According to reports, Chelsea set to complete the signing of one of the hottest prospects of football.
The player we are talking about is 19-year-old Arsen Zakharyan from Dynamo Moscow, and according to transfer guru, the Blues have reached a long-term contract with the Russian rising star.
In an update provided by Romano on Twitter, he claimed that Chelsea are working with Dynamo Moscow to reach an agreement for a the transfer fee for the player to move to Stamford Bridge in 2023.
Romano tweeted the latest report this lunch time, and he says now that the two clubs are working to reach an agreement for the fee, for the player to then join Chelsea in 2023.
Chelsea have agreed personal terms with Arsen Zakharyan on long term contract and that is sealed since last summer, negotiations with Dinamo Moscow will continue to complete the deal in 2023. 🔵 #CFC
