Perfect Kante replacement found as £50m star wants to complete Chelsea move
In the January transfer window, Moises Caicedo “would leap at a move to Chelsea” – As per Simon Phillips.
As the summer transfer season came to an end, there was a surprising move from Chelsea to attempt to sign Caicedo as the club to add some more depth to his team.
However, it has been reported in the media that teams like ChelseaFC are prepared to use their transfer budget to try to sign the midfielder in the upcoming transfer windows. particularly when Grahm Potter tries to strengthen his side.
However, the Mirror reports that Brighton will begin contract negotiations with Moises Caicedo as they attempt to stave off interest from rival Premier League teams.
The long-term retention of the Ecuadorian is a priority for Brighton, but they must fend off interest from clubs like Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal, and Chelsea.
However, if you trust the midfielder’s statements to Journalist Phillips, he is eager to join Chelsea FC in the upcoming transfer windows.
Phillips told GIVEMESPORT: “The player, himself, has said that he would love to play for Chelsea.
“When you’re saying things like that, it’s pretty clear that you would jump at the move if it came along.
“That suddenly puts his club in a lesser position than what they normally would be and so, if Chelsea go in for him in the summer or even in January, it will be very interesting to see how he responds.”
