Official announcement soon as £75m fly to US for medical ahead of Chelsea transfer
According to reports, Wesley Fofana is set to have his Chelsea medical after flying to the United States on Monday afternoon.
Chelsea have reportedly reached an agreement with Leicester City to sign the 21-year-old for a transfer fee believed to be £75.
In a normal situation the Frenchman defender should have done his medical in London, but according to David Ornstein of the Athletic, the Blues have sent Fofana to the United States to do an extensive medical check to be sure regarding his injuries.

The 21-year-old was sidelined for more than seven months last season after breaking his leg in August, he also had several knee problems while away on international duties with France.
Fofana’s signing will be confirmed after the medical has been completed.
