Not Mason Mount, Liverpool planning move for £40m-rated Chelsea star

According to Spanish publication Fichajes via Goal, Premier League rivals Liverpool are planning to sign N’Golo Kante from Chelsea in the summer.

Jurgen Klopp’s side have made the Chelsea midfielder a primary target alongside Jude Bellingham for the summer transfer window.

Kante’s Chelsea contract expires at the end of the season and the Frenchman is yet to reach an agreement with Chelsea over a new contract.

Liverpool would receive competition from Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Atletico Madrid for the signature of Kante, should the midfielder leave Chelsea as a free agent at the end of the season.
