Chelsea have seen a third offered dismissed for Leicester City defender Wesley Fofana.
The bid is perceived to be worth up to £70million, including additional terms, and was immediately excused by Leicester.
Fofana, who is a drawn out focus of Blues manager Thomas Tuchel, is quick to move to Stamford Bridge.
Leicester are waiting for £80million, a similar world-record expense Manchester United paid for Harry Maguire in 2019, however Chelsea won’t leave behind such a total.
Fofana was left out of the Foxes squad which lost to Arsenal at the weekend as manager Brendan Rodgers did not think the centre-back was in the right frame of mind to play.
The 21-year-old has also reportedly missed training sessions.
