Leeds United considering surprise move for £58m Chelsea star who wants to leave

Leeds United considering surprise move for Chelsea forward Christian Pulisic

According to Fichajes, Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic is considering his future at the club, and might look for an exit route, with two Premier League clubs monitoring his situations at Stamford Bridge.

The USMNT start has struggled for regular playing in recent months, making just three starts across all competitions for the west Londoners this season.

At the age of 24, Pulisic needs to play regularly at this stage of his career, but it looks he might have to look for another club for that to happen.

The American has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge in recent months, with Leeds United and Newcastle United both said to be interested in his services. Leeds boss Jesse Marsch is a huge admirer of Pulisic and could help provide an escape route from Chelsea.

The report further stated that Pulisic is open to a move to a club like Leeds where he could get regular playing minutes to turn his career around.

The former Borussia Dortmund star still has a contract with Chelsea until 2024, it will be interesting to see if the Blues will let him go cheap in the upcoming transfer windows.

Leeds United do not have unlimited resources, and they might not be able to pull off the transfer if the asking price is unreasonable.

In other news, Chelsea will try to sign Cristiano Ronaldo when he is released by Manchester United in the winter.
