I can’t take this anymore – Reece James vows to end this latest Chelsea curse

Reece James, a right defender for Chelsea, hasn’t had the best of success at storied Wembley Stadium.

Reece James lost the FA Cup finals to Liverpool and Leicester City as well as the Carabao Cup final against Liverpool.

The 22-year-old was a member of the England team that fell to Italy in the Euro 2022 final at Wembley.

James has stated that past losses must be rectified this season despite claims of a “Wembley curse.”

“The last few years have been good, but we’ve been to finals where we’ve lost as well,” he said.

“We want to win every competition we enter, and if we get to the final, there’s no reason why we shouldn’t be going all the way.

“There have been a few where we’ve got there, but there have also been a few domestic trophies that we haven’t picked up, which needs to change.”
