DONE DEAL: Brazilian midfielder spotted in London ahead of proposed Chelsea move
Brazilian top midfielder Andrey Santos is currently in London to undergo his Chelsea medical ahead of a move to Stamford Bridge.
However, Chelsea have reached an agreement with Brazilian club Vasco da Gama for the transfer of the 18 year old midfielder, with Chelsea also agreeing personal terms with the player.
The Blues will pay Vasco da Gama a fixed fee of €12.5million for the transfer of Santos to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea and Todd Bohely are expected to release an official statement soon confirming the signing of Santos.
