Vitale, known for his passionate takes and decades-long presence in the sport, released his annual rankings this week, and the Wildcats were nowhere near the Top 5. In fact, Vitale ranked Kentucky *outside the Top 10* — a placement that many fans are calling “disrespectful” and “clueless.”
Social media quickly exploded with reactions. Kentucky faithful accused Vitale of bias, with some even questioning whether he’s been keeping up with the Wildcats’ highly touted recruiting class, including multiple 5-star signees and returning veterans.
