Chelsea debutant Noni Madueke reveals why Chelsea struggled to break down Fulham
Chelsea debutant Noni Madueke has reacted to Chelsea’s goalless draw against Fulham at Stamford Bridge on Friday night.
Madueke told Sky Sports: “Obviously we’re disappointed we didn’t win the game. There were positives to take.”
On whether Chelsea’s failure to break Fulham down was because of the opposition or the fact the players haven’t played together: “Probably a bit of both. We have a lot of new players. I’m sure in time we’ll know each other’s game more naturally.
“Two weeks training, getting to know the boys and the club. I’m glad I made my debut but upset we didn’t get the win.
“It’s a dream come true. Any young boy wants to play in the Premier League.”
