Blow for Chelsea as key player suffer injury setback in the win over Brentford
Chelsea defender Wesley Fofana has suffered an injury setback after he was limps off in the behind-closed-doors friendly match against Brentford on Monday.
The 22-year-old will undergo further tests to determine the severity, but there’s an obvious concern as he just returned from a knee injury he picked in the Champions League win over AC Milan in October.
More will be known in the coming days, with Graham Potter giving a press conference on Friday ahead of
Chelsea’s Premier League clash with Bournemouth on December 27.
