£150k-a-week star to enter talks with Chelsea ahead of possible transfer

According to reports, Christian Pulisic is set to meet with Chelsea to hold talks regarding his future with the club as Manchester United eye a loan move this summer.

With the World Cup fast approaching, the 23-year-old will be keen on getting regular playing time even it means away from Chelsea.

Pulisic has made Premier League appearances for Chelsea so far this season, however he came off bench in both occasions.

According to James Olley of ESPN, Juventus, Atletico Madrid, Newcastle United and Manchester United are all interested in signing the USMNT star this summer.

The report claimed that the Red Devils are lining up a loan deal for the American star and hopeful a deal can be finalize.

Chelsea were reluctant to allow him to join a traditional rival, but could now listen to all offers to see what comes in with under two weeks left of the summer transfer window.

One source of ESPN’s claims that Pulisic has been frustrated with Tuchel’s handling over his situation and future. He will now hold talks with the club over his role and future ahead of the World Cup in Qatar later this year.

It’s further claimed that Pulisic will push to leave the club if his prospects of regular first-team football look bleak.

Chelsea are looking to bolster their attack with more arrivals this summer. Talks remain ongoing with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Anthony Gordon.
